If I could give Darcy Davis 10 stars, I would; but Google only let me give 5 stars!
Darcy Davis of the “Dynamic” Duncan Duo can be described as Delightful, Dynamic, Diligent, Determined, and Devoted, as she takes on the challenges that each unique property and owner have to offer.  Her willingness to listen to the needs of the owner, asking all the “right” questions in order to make things go smoother, not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them.  Somehow she has the capability to smile and be incredibly positive when things are taking a turn for the worse.  And somehow her patience, brilliance, and tenacity pay off and she saves the day.  She’s refreshing for such a well-seasoned veteran of selling homes, and such a pleasure to deal with.
Thankfully, Darcy and the entire Duncan Duo have the skill and the manpower to take on even the most difficult challenges.  In my case it was a manufactured home on a private, non county-maintained road---not an easy feat to accomplish.  They take on anything, and obviously can handle the most daunting of circumstances that come their way. There’s definitely power in numbers!
If you’re looking to sell your home, look no further than calling Darcy Davis, you’ll be in great hands!

I can't say enough great things about our selling agent Courtney! She worked with us until we were ready  to place the house on the market and along with Danielle made the processes as easy as it could be! Coordinating our closing was a dream with Nicole! She made sure each transaction went smoothly and kept us informed along the way. Great job Ladies!

Both my Real Estate agent Courtney Reale and Nichole Vanek was very helpful. Being a first time home buyer would make everyone nervous. I purchased a new construction home and was very nervous. I had over a million questions and with the most kindness of attitudes they answered them all and never treated me like I was just a number. They both walk me through the process and even showed up to the house before and after the sale to make sure I'm satisfied. I would recommend to anyone have no fear they are genuine people. It's been a month after my closing and they still email and text me to see how I'm doing. That is grade A customer service for you. They treat men as if They are the ones buying the home which is a huge plus to me.

The Duncan Duo team was fantastic.  They got our house listed, under contract and closed in less than 30 days!  Taylor handled all the details smoothly and stayed in touch with us throughout the process.  I will be sure to refer anyone I know to the Duncan Duo for selling or buying a home.

Dania Alvarez was terrific!  She immediately understood our situation and fashioned a marketing plan and pricing strategy.  We had an offer 18 hours after the house wen ton the market and five offers after the first few days.  Her staff of Danielle and Nichole were efficient, friendly and very helpful throughout the process.  The photographer Jayne was excellent and her photos and video really showed the house off to its best advantage.  We ended up getting $5,000 over list price.  Very satisfied and would use again in a heartbeat.
