As a fellow Realtor in South Tampa, MaryAnn Hoffman and I have had quite a number of sales transactions with Mary Pond & Ed Gunning over the last 20-years. Mary and Ed have always been one of the most knowledgeable, productive and hard-working real estate partnerships in our market. Our most recent transaction in November 2017, for an executive home in South Tampa, was no exception. From Ed, who had the experience to astutely position his buyer's offer so it was was the most attractive one to our seller; to Maddie Martin and Yuri Howlett timely and smoothly handling all the details of the transaction through to closing. It was a pleasure to work with such a team of consummate professionals.

Basic. A bit sterile.  Got my two closings done.  However, no response from Bob Glaser after mailing him a letter.  No 'thank you for my business' note from Smith either.  Guess I was expecting a bit more personal service from a locally based company.

I just received a called from them asking  me if I would put my house on the market with them. They had my cell phone number which is not public record and I have never had any kind of business or personal relationship with this company. I will be reporting this.

The National Association of Realtors states that Realtors cannot call people who are on the Do Not Call registry to entice them to sell their properties or buy a home. They also must not call the phone numbers of people with expired listings, if the person is on the Do Not Call registry and the Realtor has not had a prior relationship with this person

 There are a few exemptions to the Do Not Call rules for telemarketers and Realtors. The National Association of Realtors states that Realtors may call consumers that they have had an existing business relationship with, such as previous clients. Realtors may also call anyone on the Do Not Call list if they have obtained prior written permission to cal

I was in contact with one of their agents last night. I was interested in viewing a home for rent, and my colleagues and I are in a bit of a time crunch due to our lease expiring at the end of the month. We made an appointment at 9:00 am. When I arrived, there was another interested party there, to which I lated found out from the realtor that they had already submitted an application last night for the house and were taking the home. She withheld that information and dragged me out to the property as an insurance policy to cover herself and make sure the home was rented. NO MORALS or ETHICS
