This outlet mall has a nice layout. There is a fireplace (for our FL 'winter') outside with seating. Insanely busy on Black Friday. Otherwise, it's a pretty relaxing shopping experience. Pretty good prices; although, sometimes I find that prices in Department stores like Macy's are better. Great way to explore all the different brand names in one spot. Would be even better with a Victoria's Secret. One of my favorite outlet stores for sure.

This is a medium sized modern outdoor outlet center that has most of the stores that you'll find at an outlet center.  The outlet, while outdoors, is covered so that you can still shop peacefully regardless of weather.  There is a nice little bridge at the center point of the shopping center and a sitting area with fire pit.  They have a play area for children.

There is a good variety of food options and prices are not that much lower than your average retail store.  You may luck upon some deals depending on which stores you shop at.

I wish there were a bigger variety of stores. It is kind if strange that there are like 4 perfume stores here. However, I did enjoy shopping at the Fossil store and Lucky store. It was nice there was a Starbucks, too. There was also a neat anime/comic book character store there that was a lot of fun. If you like upscale outlet stores that specialize in women's accessories, this is certainly the jackpot. It's also a good place for sportswear for men.

Only about two years old in 2017.  Outdoor Mall, you can get a lot of walking outside.  Name says it is an Outlet Mall but we have found very little or no less expensive prices from name brand stores.  Sales just revolve around holidays etc.  If you like to see the difference in all the big stores options, they are all here.  Then go home and save money on Amazon.  If you don't see anything in the store you are in, the sales staff always try to show you what you may be looking for on their website.  Order it and go back and pick it up in a week???  I think we all can go home and do that ourselves and have it brought to our homes.  To sum it up, huge mall, outside which is good or  bad, check the weather for 90-100 degrees with 98 percent humidity and oh yes chance of thunderstorm's.  Very rare to save money, but if you like all the big name stores - they are all here, no driving all over Tampa Bay, that can be worth a lot!!

Convenient location.  Seems like it is missing my favorite stores but it is filling up and out parcels are building out.  Traffic will definitely become a problem.  Weekend parking is already a problem.  Who designed the parking lot; certainly not someone who drives a full sized vehicle.
