I have placed an order and still haven't received it. It has been almost 2 weeks and no one is answering my emails and oddly enough the phone number doesn't work. I have an event tomorrow and I needed those lanterns. Now I have to break it to my clients that it may not be possible. UPDATE: So after 20 something days I get the order. I had to reach out multiple times to get a tracking number. When I get my order, it was incomplete. I ordered 14 lanterns and only got 4. I am still waiting for my refund. I have been getting the run around. I just want my money back. Every excuse they give these reviews are the same. What a terrible company. I wish I'd found these reviews before ordering. UPDATE 3/9: Still have not gotten my refund. I posted the last update on 2/3. This company is trash. I don't know how they are still pumping.

***BUYER BEWARE*** if you feel liked waiting 3 months, emailing this company over 20 times, and never receiving your items, then order from them. If i could give no stars, I would. Dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't recommended to ANYONE!!!

I ordered lanterns for my daughters wedding I only received 20 out of 40. That was clear back in September and I still have not received my refund for the other 20 they had not even shipped out from the warehouse and are trying to take off the restocking fee. They answer back from emails but everything is 7-10 days. Now I have not heard back from them since middle of December

It saddens me to see such a low rating for them. I don't understand why there isn't one good review for them on here, because I've been a customer for years and if I ever have a problem, they have taken care of it right away. Thankfully they are still going strong despite this low rating. It is my go to place for all things fun and unique. Like my Moroccan lanterns.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!! I wish I had read the previous reviews on this company 3 weeks ago. I placed an order for 2 products on November 8. Did not receive any kind of notification from the company until November 25 stating my order was processed and awaiting pick up. Luckily, I received 1 product yesterday, but the other one has still not arrived. It was the same product, just a quantity of 2. I called and sent an email today and currently waiting for a response. Spend your money on a different company with a better reputation!
