It's a dead mall that's been on life support for years. Interesting place to explore and pretend you're in the 90s. The antique store is the only reason to go near this place. This area has become an industrial district so I can see why the mall is slowly folding. The last anchor store (Macy's) pulled out after Hurricane Ike. Once the doors have closed permanently and the bulldozers come in, it will come to no one's surprise.

Haha! It's like walking into 1982! 

The mall is actually closed now. A few of the larger stores are still open but all the small stuff has been closed off.

I'm giving it three stars just because there is a restaurant in there that is really good. It's mexican food. The mall sucks by the way.

Excellent Alcohol Infused cakes. One of Houston's best kept secrets. The only bakery of it's kind located in the food court of Northwest Mall. Free samples every day
