Stores are laid out in a maze like way making stores difficult to locate. Handicap parking is not always close to the stores due to the design of the parking lot. None of the stores have automatic doors making wheelchair access difficult. 

Grounds are always clean and beautifully landscaped. Store clerks and security officers all  very pleasant and helpful.

There is a nice variety shops. Unfortunately the rental fees are very expensive. The more unique stores that aren't part of a big chain don't last very long.

They had so many sales going the weekend I was there. The hotel I stayed at came with a coupon booklet, but I had trouble finding the office. Which was fine because I ran across some killer deals. The location and parking is pretty good. Ill definitely visit again when I go back to the beach. All of the stores I shopped in provided great service. Especially The Children's Place.

Plenty of variety, easy access parking, great prices, what's not to love? I read Patricia Avery's review and wonder in which store this occurred. I visited old Navy yesterday and not a single person spoke to me. I was just looking but of the dozen or so women in there I couldn't tell how many worked there except for 3 of them. I'm sure I'd have gotten assistance had I needed any. 
Having recently dealt with Timberland, Nestle and Harley Davidson, nothing but great things to say about them. The guy in the sunglasses store waved as I walked by. Nice!

Hands down the better of the two outlets in Myrtle Beach! Went to Lids, Ralph Lauren, Under Armour, Nike, Carter's, Oshkosh. Great customer service and very nice people working! Lids opened up 15 minutes for me to shop and had a good talk with the guy working. Also I would like to give a shout out to the Nike Outlet for being extra awesome and giving us all the amazing deals !!!

Great selection of stores... just wished there were refreshment vendors available even in off-season! Shoppers enjoy snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. year-round! There are vending machines but we can get those things anywhere.
