Plenty of options to shop.  Based on our shopping experience very few deals to be had.  I have shopped many outlet malls, but this one almost seemed higher than traditional stores.  We shopped in January and thought we would find more clearance type deals.  Nope.  
Stores were clean and staff was helpful.  Great selection of stores.
There is a pet exercise area on the West side.
Don't know that we will stop again

My wife loves this place.  We did find some really good prices on clothes at VF (Vanity Fair).  I wish there were more guys stores tho (sporting goods, outdoor stuff, maybe a motor cycle or car place,etc . . ) we will go back . . .

I love the discounts! We frequently visit the Nike outlet clearance story and get their amazing deals. We also like Old Navy and Coach. They have a great selection of stores.

I just moved to Waterloo from Atlanta. I like to shop and am used to having a choice of about 10-12 malls within a 30 minute or less range in any direction. Waterloo shopping is trash so a couple weeks ago I drove an hour and a half to this outlet and it was well worth it. I was actually very pleased and every employee in every store was refreshingly nice and genuine. I was elated to be able to purchase from several of my favorite brands and my money went a very long way. Very nice selecection of places to shop and easy access to the highway, food and gas. I will be returning again this week and probably a few times a month as long as I stay in Iowa. The outlet in Des Moines could take some notes from this one.
