I give 5 stars to Dr. Thomas. She is awesome and so caring! 

The only issue I have with Tanner Healthcare For Woman is the office. One of the office assistants is rude and can never find my appointments in the system. She has hung up the phone before on me after I thanked her for confirming my appointment. Truely no customer service from this specific individual. 

Dr. Thomas is amazing though and I would recommend anyone to her!

I absolutely love Dr. Stanfill! She is very polite and very thorough. She has always made me feel comfortable in any situation i may bring to her. Excellent doctor, great office and nursing staff. I cant praise this place enough!

The absolute WORSE customer service! My daughter was in the hospital this past Friday and they discovered a cyst the size of a coconut on her ovaries (she's 16) so they told us to follow up with these people . Well I called to schedule an appointment and they let me know they don't take her insurance but first before that she said she would have to pull the paperwork from the hospital and see how serious it is because they are booked 😒 then let me know they don't take her insurance. I then asked if she knew of someone that did and she rudely said no , to call the insurance company . That's not her job to find out ! So not professional!

This place acts like they see everyone, but if you are not pregnant, then stay away from this place! You will wait 2 hours to be seen and they will cancel your appointments for treatments you may need. The doctor is nice but the practice sucks. They need to change their name to just pregnancies

This is the worst obgyn I have ever been to. The customer service was god awful. I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes at a time, hung up on more than 3 times in a day, and they also called me and made me think I was severely diabetic and then told me oops sorry that was the wrong patients results!!! And on top of that they have prescribed me 2 medications that clearly state DO NOT TAKE IF YOU SMOKE TOBACCO PRODUCTS! I would not recommend going to this place ever. I am currently looking for a new obgyn.
