This team is phenomenal! They made the process of buying my first home stress-free and easy. They were flexible, considered my needs and wants in a home, and helped me talk through everything I needed. Fantastic group that were ALL accomodating. Ashley and Hannah were wonderful to work with and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks for helping me a legit grownup and owning my first home!

Not really sure I have the words to describe Tanya and her team. First off, they will bend over backwards and work their butts off for you. We were stationed over-seas while trying to purchase a house here in Lawrence. These ladies would go out of their way and have videos of the properties shortly after inquiring about the houses. I was so amazed and the knowledge the whole team has, Tanya especially could tell you so much about the area/street/floorplans of houses without even going out to the property! You can definitely tell she is passionate about her job. We have zero complaints and look forward to working with her and her team when our time in this great town comes an end. Again, a huge thank you to Tanya and Team! YOU GIRLS ROCK!!!

Tanya and team (Elisabeth, Ashley and Hannah) guided us through the process of buying our first house. They are a very committed group of individuals who make a great team. Highly professional and thorough in their work, they enabled us to find the house that we wanted. As first time home-buyers we always had a number of new questions and doubts all the time for which we depended on them, and they were always available for us. Punctuality is one of their biggest asset and they are quite prompt with their communication which we really appreciated during a number of situations.
 
They always gave us honest opinions and were patient with us throughout the process. They took us to multiple listings over a number of months and we never had trouble with scheduling or getting information about the house and one of them was always on hand to help. They are a excellent team to work with and I would highly recommend considering them as your next realtor. One of the best aspects of working with them is that their support didn't end after we were done buying the house. It has been a few months since we closed on our house and the team has been of great help recently when we had some questions and pending issues about the house that needed to be taken care of. All in all, a wonderful group of professionals who take great pride in what they do.

Tanya, Elisabeth, Hannah & Ashley are the BEST! I wish I had worked with a team like them when I was in real estate. 
The big difference with them is that they share clients. Elisabeth isn’t your agent, Hannah isn’t your agent; they all work for you. 
What does that mean? Someone is always available to talk to you, to meet with you, to answer questions, to process your paperwork, and to help you make decisions. By sharing the work, they make you feel like you’re the only client they have. 
We spent almost a year looking for a house, & made 4 offers before finally purchasing one. They should have hated to see each text from us (“Can you show us...”). Yet each of them was always upbeat, enthusiastic & kind as we dragged them through house after house. 
There was never any pressure, no sales pitches, & we were never asked to sign a contract. 
When we did get our house, they swung into action & scheduled not only the whole house inspection, but inspections for chimneys, sewage, roof, & HVAC. (It’s a very old house & we wanted to know everything we were getting ourselves into.) They’ve been wonderful about suggesting service providers after the sale too, which has been indispensable since we’re new to the area & our house needs a lot of work. 
Best experience ever! I’m so glad we stumbled upon them. I would never do real estate business in Lawrence with anyone else!

We have had the most positive experience working with Tanya and her crew at Hedges Realty Executives. We hired her to help us with the sale of my mother-in-law’s home and she made it an easy process from start to finish. She was very diligent, detail oriented and constantly working for us to ensure that we received maximum value for the house. If you’re wanting to sell your home, I highly recommend using Tanya and her team!
