I have been a 31 year loyal customer to Target. This past Saturday, I went to go get a sous vide cooker and they were on sale and had a cartwheel deal. They were ringing up at full price at the register so a manager was called over to correct the price. She then said I couldn't use my cartwheel because it would take too much money off and that she was price matching the item. Price matching is matching another stores price, not correcting your own price. I will never return to Target again. I'm so disappointed in the treatment I have received. I know retail is stressful this time of year, but the way I was treated was very disrespectful.

I had 3 different employees that were super accommodating. (I had 2 of 3 kids in tow and probably looked super tired) One let me vent about the lack of MNUFC gear (something I acknowledged was out of her control). Another was great about getting paper towels and cleaning up after my 1 year old when he threw what I thought was an empty latte cup on the floor. (And telling to big to worry about it). At check out another woman helped readjust my cart to get my bags in while making sure that all the winter gear did not get buried. Great customer service!

Clean store, staff always friendly and ready to assist. Some of the aisles are a bit cramped and can make two way traffic difficult but overall a well laid out store. Always more than enough registers available for checkout so there is rarely a long wait.

Customer service some of the better I've seen in Targets around the metro. Being a Super Target the selection is pretty good as well. Produce always seems good, likely because it is a popular Target moving things quickly.

Love Target, they have everything you need from office supplies, electronics, baby food to comfy clothes. It's always a pleasant shopping experience, reps are availabile but not annoyingly so.
