Great selection, clean changing rooms and a pretty good location. If you live in the Blaine area this is your best bet for Kohls. I prefer the one in Lino Lakes just off the highway but this is still a great spot. The staff is nice though they often only have one cash register running so the wait to check out can get a little long. I get most of my work clothes (shirts/pants/ties/dress shoes) from here.

This is the best Kohl's location I have visited. The staff here has always been extremely friendly and willing to help. Even when swamped, staff members greet me and smile in passing. If they don't carry something I'm looking for, they make sure I can find it elsewhere and get it ordered up. They go the extra mile. The store can get VERY busy-that is the only downside. The staff always go above and beyond, and that is priceless!

Bought a pair of jeans at the Khols in Riverdale and they forgot to remove the security tag! This Khols is closer and said they would remove the tag for me even though I already threw away my receipt. Top notch customer service. I won't go to any other Khols but this one now

I ordered an item online, and I have to say, this is the easiest place I've visited to pick up an item. Walk in, tell the customer service your info, them walk out. Under 5 mins!

I don't know how Kohls gathered these rude & unprofessional people become their employee but for sure a lot of them need more training! They treated you like a beggar eventhough beggar still need to be treated dignity, how much more you need to treat your customer respectfully. I am sorry for the owner that hired that kind of quality of people, you lost my business and I believe you lost business from a lot of customers that have similar experience. The customer service asked me with rude tone of voice and angry face because I am returning some merchandise. I can tell that her attitude change a little bit after she saw my receipts that I was returning only some of the stuff, not all of them. Also very impatient cashier eyeballing me with stretch face. She acted like I am bothering her instead buying. The 25% discount that they said in the advertising is actually cannot applied to some of merchandise that I was buying. Since I didn't know it then I tried to figuring out which merchanside should I cancel and which one should I buy then this not nice cashier tell me with rude tone and so impatient attitude saying a lot of people in the line, made me very nerveous and a little panic. But that is dishonest because there is not a lot of people in the line (I saw about 2 - 3 people and 2 cashiers). (She just threw my receipt with attitude to the shopping bag without asking if I want to keep it instead). Check your camera around 5.50-ish pm and see again that you do not have a lot of people in the line. Plus in case next time you have a lot of people in the line, you still need to treat your customer with dignity. They come to your store to give you business, not to ask you for free stuff!! That is my experience today in Kohls Blaine today Dec 6th, 2017. My experience at black friday in this store: Beside rude, they are also lazy. I asked an employee (an old lady) where they put the homedics foot massager as seen at their paper advertisement. Without even think she just told me right away that the item was gone. I was doubt that the foot massager was gone that fast, so I kept searching and I found it and bought it.
