No no self checkout . had 🍌 and didn't know how to use self checkout. Person there gave no help. Left store. No customer service desk. Immediately call store. Took 20 minutes to talk to her. Stay far away

Workers are rude and unprofessional. Unwillingness to help was imaginable. An associate Sandie was extremely rude when speaking to my teenage son.

i always shop at taget but i came to find out that you guys are very unreasonable when it comes to returns, yes i did indeed not have my receipt anymore but i purchased the item which was still sealed, litterally the previous night , i tried to return it and oh well i guess after trying to explain my situation i couldnt get any cash back , which is fine so one of the workers suggested instore credit but they needed my id which i didnt have with me so i still couldnt have any type of velue in my hand , the product was sealed still untouched in the bag also when i bought the item there were no cashiers just self checkout and it was my mistake for not taking the receipt that i admit but there was a camera starring me dead straight in the eyes if they wanted to just check it i couldve proved i purchased it but its fine after being denied every possible way i just told them they can have it back for free and i just left it on the counter and left the store i wont be coming back for sure.

Worst target ever. They always have 12 people on the floor In a meeting but never anyone at the check out? You even hear the cashiers complain about not having enough to help. And it's ALL time. And their shelves are a disaster? It always looks like a a bus load of kids just ran thru the store unsupervised ransacking the place. Disappointing, I love target may have to travel a litter further and shop at the hawley lane one.
