Target was running a promotion for a $25 gift card if you buy $100 worth of diapers and wipes. We can go through $100 worth of diapers in a month. So we thought, hey target, thanks for the $25. After we checked out, we noticed that we hadn't received our gift card. It was very busy, and I was in a very long line for coffee (which moved quickly, btw.). My wife ran to customer service where they kindly explained to her that she did need to present the coupon for this promotion. We didn't have one. The cashier then, found one and scanned it for us and gave my wife a $25 gift card. She never hesitated and was a great help. It's not the first time Target has helped us out with a promotion. Nor is it the first time Target has eaten the cost of a gift card or return on our behalf. Thanks for the help today!

target in fairmont is the best place to go for help in the electronicd section. two young gentlemen helped me through a problem with my cell phone and they were very knowledgable and kind and sooo patient. i will always go there even tho i have a target store 10 minutes from my house in fsyetteville.

I once left my purse in a cart, not realizing it when I was putting my toddler in the car. The lot attendant immediately took it to the service desk, not even my $300 gift card was touched. I am so very thankful, that card fed my family when we were tight on money, without it I'm not sure what we would have done. Thank you Target, for hiring trustworthy and amazing people!

Nothing but positive experiences here. Staff is always super helpful. Only down side that Starbucks is their in house coffee place, but no lost stars for that.
