Went in for a phone upgrade and the salesperson changed my plan without consulting me. When I came back to complain and return the phones the manager stated that I would be charged a $75 restocking fee for the phone I received for "free". When I decided to return them anyway and keep using my old phone, he removed my data plan which caused me to spend hours on the phone with customer service to fix. Unscrupulous and morally reprehensible. 

Also, I went in to settle a $376 charge that was mistakenly placed on my account. When I told the manager that if this couldn't be corrected I would take my business to Sprint or T-Mobile he replied with "Take your business to Sprint or T-Mobile". When I told him what jerk he was being, he yelled to the employees to call the police. 

Horrible customer service. I tried to get resolution through customer retention and the process went nowhere. Complete waste of time. 

Would not recommend.

David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped to resolve an issue that 10+ other AT&T employees at other locations/on the phone couldn’t solve.
