I've been going to Target for years and it is my go to place for general things. They're pretty well stocked, clean, and staff is helpful. For the most part my shopping here goes pretty smoothly. They also have a nice snack bar and starbucks if you've been running errands all day and need a pick me up.

Their online return policy and their policy posted in target says one thing and matches to their online policy statement; this is true on their website and when you google it. When you go into the store it is something far different. They say you cannot return opened video games and is restricted to the same exact title and platform. However, on their website, it is not clarify this issue. I highly suggest whoever wrote the policy add detail covering the specific return policy and do something to solve this problem. Of course there may be other things to consider, but at the consumers level, Target should NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL VIDEO GAMES until the policy is re-written with the policy that is actually enforced: their goal is customer satisfaction? Corporate should do a better job to ensure the accuracy from policy that is enforced in store to the policy that is written. This may not be a problem from a corporate perspective, but as a consumer it is problematic: maybe not for enough people to complain about it for Target to care, but who knows it may be the same for other policy written on their website.

First time coming to this store since I moved here... but it's a target so I already expect it to be hassle free. The reason I'm taking the time to write this review is because I stopped by the Starbucks inside before leaving and had what has to be the best Caramel Frap I've ever tasted... and trust me, I've been to a lot of starbucks in my time! It was so good that I had to tell her how good it was!!! Thank you Bridget!!!!!

I saw this rude check out clerk by the name of Vincent rudely disrespect a Senior Citizen on Christmas Eve and it appeared that this ill mannered check out clerk felt good about it. His behavior was totally rude and UnAmerican! Instead of checking out the next person in line, he deliberately chose the customer standing behind the Senior Citizen. For what reason? Somebody should teach Vincent the proper way on how to treat all customers with respect and on how to let all customers know they are welcome. The kind hearted Senior Citizen left the store on Christmas Eve without a word of complaint but I can tell he had a saddened heart which appeared to have ruined his Christmas Eve and Christmas shopping day. That check out clerk by the name of Vincent should be ashamed of himself! I am a witness, this cashier named Vincent deliberately chose to check out a customer standing behind a kind hearted Senior Citizen, as if the poor guy was invisible. Shame on Vincent, we don't need people like him in our country.

This is my favorite Target. They’re always pretty well stocked; their staff is helpful; and I know exactly where to find things.
