I always have a pleasant experience when shopping at Target. The store is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Plus I really like getting 5% off my bill immediately when I use my Target Visa.

My wife and i went to replace her phone and there was a deal going on that you could get a 300.00 Target gift card if you upgraded to the iphone 7. So we attempted to do this. After 4-5hrs waiting on the "system" to work, the guy working said his district manager says to come back on Tuesday (it was Thursday and the deal ended on Saturday) and they would honor the deal and give us the gift card because of the "system" issues. We came back on Tuesday and guess what..... Another 3-4hrs and they said we didn't qualify for the gift card because the deal ended. Ultimately after 7-8hrs of hanging around Target electronics department my wife has an iPhone 7, I don't but was supposed to get one as well, and supposedly they are going to send us a gift card in the mail..... Needless to say I won't hold my breath. It was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had. It's almost as if they fictionally made up a system error to not give us the gift card, told us to come back after the deal ended, and then acted like we weren't there on Thursday. I would love to show proof of this to anyone that doubts me because I have text messages from the Thursday through Tuesday process. Please don't go through Target electronics to upgrade your phone, the whole process felt like a scam.

Clean and brightly lit. Never crowded and has pretty much everything you're looking for.

The *Casselberry* store and staff go above and beyond to help the customer. The employee Max is our favorite. Max has always made the store for us. The parking lot could use improvement, otherwise, the store is quiet, calm, and for the most part pretty clean compared to other local Targets. The Altamonte Springs store is dirtier than Walmart. If I'm in Altamonte, I'd rather go to Walmart than Target and that says a lot.

This store is always clean, the staff is friendly, they have a decent selection of items, and never a long wait to check out. Their prices are a bit higher than their competitors.
