I enjoy shopping at home depot because I always feel I get a better deal than the other hardware stores. The staff are very helpful, too. Ive learned so much from the staff. Downside, those giant carts that I have to use for one little piece of wood that is to long for a standard shopping cart. I always hit my toes on the wheels when pushing it. The carts are difficult to move and some how i crash them into things just trying to get to the check out counter. I'm one of those types of people that likes to spend time walking the Isle and I end up buying more when I do. I can't do that when I have to use the big carts.

After a bad experience at Lowes, I went to this Home Depot with my list. There was a gentleman named Wilmer Maldonado and I asked him directions as to where I could find these items. He told me I came to the right place and proceeded to take me and find what I had on my list. I am a senior lady and this was so wonderful. He made certain to find exactly what I needed. He could not be more helpful, more gracious and I was so thoroughly impressed. I got to speak to his boss and told him how customer friendly the store is. Even the cashier was helpful and friendly. I had to write this review and tell that now when I need something I will always come to Home Depot. Thank you.

I couldn't see the associates name But I think it was Paula, she works in the Pro-Section. She was the sweetest most uplifting person ever. She was fun and was able to help even though what we were looking for was right in our faces lol

This Home Depot is better than all the Home Depots that I visited. I live in Windermere so my Home Depot is the West Colonial store as well as the Millenia and this one by far is much better and more customer service oriented

Welcoming customers, super helpful from gardening workers and wide selection of everything within eye reach. Awesome prices for summer fun for gardening and planting indoors also.
