Target is a nice store and has some really cool merchandise. Just a little rich for my pocketbook. Also not sure i entirely get their sales and how they work! Could be a little more customer friendly in my opinion.

I love Target in the Riverbank Shopping Center. The store is clean, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They offer an eating area plus a Starbucks. Groceries are well stocked and red price scanners are at the end of many of the isles. Their customer service area is ready to help resolve returns and/or questions. The CVS Pharmacy inside the store has fast and courteous service. As for rating my Target at the Crossroads...Super!!!

This is the only target worth going to in the area. The employees and managers actually care about the customers and are extremely helpful and friendly. Can't say the same for the other targets.

Employees nice, helpful. Dressing rooms dirty, bit run down looking. The clothing depts. not tended to properly looking like a rummage sale, very hard to maneuver cart around displays/racks too crowded. Register item belts covered with dried spills, tried keeping clothes items off areas. I credit our cashier, a Latino young man, whose cheerful personality & great customer service helped me walk out with a smile. Regret not catching his name.

It's target, so that's amazing, and its clean and well lit but bathrooms are never clean or stocked. Also, an item is almost guaranteed to be under the wrong price tag - they face items with total disregard to placement, so you have to scan an item to know a price. Customer service desk is either great or you get the terrible girl with a bad attitude who doesn't even like doing returns on a red card. They usually keep 1 checkstand open even if it's busy, so the lines are ridiculous. And never order online to pick up in store - every time I do this, I get there and they did not get my stuff and yoh often can't get a refund. I've even seen the employees that gather these items waffling around saying the job is too hard so they just mark everything out of stock and use the time for a break - you have a few shining star employees, including at their Starbucks, but not much else. They're also not great honoring tags, online prices, or their own cartwheel coupons unless you get a really good manager
