I experience very poor customer service by a cashier tonight. My wife and I were shopping for milk tonight and their cashier was extremely rude. The cashier kept asking to look inside our re-usable bag which we showed her twice nothing was in there. My wife was so upset that she kept asking to see the bag that my wife handed her the bag so she could see for the third time. Then the cashier changed her tone a bit and tried to blame her behavior on an other associate who was busy cleaning. She then asks my wife what race she was, which shocked me and confused me why that even mattered. If this cashier can not handle herself properly, she should not be a cashier. Cashier's focus should be on customer service and helping their customers not trying to be L.P or worrying about their customers race . Hopefully this does not happen to any one else. We will no longer be shopping here.

Every time I come to this store at least a quarter of my list doesn't get picked up because of the terrible selection or just not having what I'm looking for. I am constantly finding stuff that has NO price tag and the price scanners are few and far between and I haven't even seen one working in about 6 months. The aisles are very narrow and there are constant traffic jams due to either customers just trying to get their stuff or employees blocking the aisle. If you have to return something, forget about it, you'll be standing in line for half an hour because only one person is working the return counter. And then, checking out is always every register is like 7 deep with customers. No wonder retail is dying...

Me & my boyfriend came in on thurs, 6/7/17. We went to the deli around 7 pm. At the time, only one lady was slicing meats & cheeses. We had this lady ahead of us, so we decided to wait patiently. This lady ahead of us decided to sample over 8 different things, so we were left waiting quite a while. The worker's name is Catrina, and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. She tried to get the undecided lady to step aside so that she could assist us, but the lady refused & said she was in a hurry & continued to sample more things. We continued to wait, not saying a word. Catrina was fantastic throughout this whole experience. After she finished with the lady, she apologized to us which wasn't necessary. She was amazing in getting us what we wanted & she was extremely professional & extremely nice the entire time. I applaud her for keeping her cool when I wouldn't have been able to if I were in her shoes. And yes, I've worked in a deli before, twice. I want to thank her & I feel this is the best possible way. Please know you have an amazing worker on your hands. Thank you so much Catrina. We hope to see you again. ~Ariel & Tristan
