It's simply Target. I was there at the request of a friend. I won't go there otherwise. I won't slam them but they seem to have convinced much of the general public that their prices are lower overall. I don't know about other planets they may do business on, but here on Earth they do not. The employees, while generally friendly enough have absolutely NO clue what Target sells, where it is located in the store and the thought of approaching a customer they've seen pondering the same aisle for fifteen minutes and asking if they need help has never occurred to them. I have yet to figure out the draw of this store. Maybe because it's red?

Pretty chaotic place to shop. I prefer East Sacramento Target because they are more professional there. If I did have someone help me at this Target and she was very nice. The checkout manager was very helpful as well. She made sure I went to a line that was shorter so I could get out of the store sooner.

This Target has advertised sale prices on items but charge regular price at registar. It's happened several times to me. I've spoken to managers but it continues. Pay close attention at the register or you'll have to go back for a price adjustment. If you have a red card, it shows several transactions on your bank account to correct their mistake. Red card save 5% but not worth the hassle. I want to feel confident where I shop.

Customer service was ehh .. service could have been better. Cashier named Kayla helped me at the checkout. Girl just rambled on and on. She talked to much was in a rush to leave I wasn't rude but barley said much to her. She was so distracted that she didn't even scan my cartwheel but she said she did already when I paid looked at my receipt and it wasn't scanned. When to the guest service desk and and older gentleman tried to help me but was being lazy. I did not have the cartwheel app I use the web browser and instead of scanning the cartwheel offer he wanted to scan the item to c if even applied I read the description and it did apply but he just was being lazy to look it up. so I went to the East Sacramento Target and they fixed the issue. It wasn't that hard. I recommend Fulton location or east Sacramento location over this one !!

This is a very large and well stocked Target Wide aisles, good lighting and an excellent range of things we need for our homes and offices. There is generous parking and rarely long waits in checkout. The sales staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my favourite Target store in Sacramento. .
