Very poorly staffed. For some reason, there's only ONE cashier on a Friday at lunch who seems bent on hearing every individual opinion and life story of the Target customers he rings up. His line was 6 deep and not moving, meaning Self Checkout was in gridlock. Employees were restocking throughout the store and there were several just hanging out and talking right near the checkout lines. In any case, a 20 minute trip through the store necessitated a 35 minutes wait to buy the stuff. Never again.

A decent Target, all in all. The store could be kept cleaner, and I often see sections of shelves without product from resets. I rarely get asked for help, and picking up the red phone does not usually get my question answered. Lines do get long at busy times but they move fairly quickly.

Target in Southfield is a fairly large location, they have recently saying the last 12 months or so installed a Market with fresh food, bananas, oranges, apples and many other veggies, they also have many fresh meats and many quick serve item. They also have installed a new Wine area, if you're looking for a variety of wines this Place has it! Not to be left out, the many other items from clothing to Electronics,Home furnishings,as well as a Pharmacy (CVS) there are home cleaning supplies,animal food , cat and dog treats and cat litter. There's isn't much that they don't have. They also have great hours, check them out !😎

Except for about 3 different floor plans, every Target is pretty much the same. This one is no different from the others.
