The price at shelf and at checkout is different in many occasions. This happened to me 3 times. The last time it happened, I called a cashier and told the price at shelf, she corrected it without saying a word. She knew this happens. I can say it is intentional. Unless you check each item's price at checkout, which is terrible thing to do, you lose huge amount of money. They know most buyers do not do that. I hate target Wheaton!!!

I can always find everything of need and the staff is helpful. There is a high traffic of customers from all ages and sometimes things get messy. The staff is always on top of that and gets things back it's pristine look.

UPDATE: Went back because the location is convenient but this time there were no registers opened. Me and three other customers standing looking for a cashier and a register. Flagged down an employee, employee called a manager, the manager told us to go to guest services. Neither one of them could stop to take our money. One customer left. I asked how come there are no cashiers? I was told the one cashier called out sick. WOW, one cashier scheduled for an entire store. And when that one didn't come in... nobody could take their place! Original post- During lunch hour when people go in to grab things real quick, they on have 2 registers open. Yes, they have self-check but I'd rather talk to a human being. At the very least management should be aware of the long lines and open more register when needed. Still in line while writing this review!

The check out person was so slow. I did go to another line which was better. Need better training.

Nice place to find clearance products. The bathrooms need attention. The cashiers are experienced and nice.
