The installers were awesome, no complaints! However never in my life have I dealt with people with such miscommunication. Told as soon as I got permit, would set up date for install, but needed a paper to bring to clerk to receive permit.So I wait, nothing, after making a call to main office to find out when this paper is coming discover its just a flyer, not needed to obtain permit.I get permit, called and told them so, hoping to set up date.Asked over and over did you get permit?Told we will call you tomorrow, no call.So I call them, and call and call.Finally get a date. ..minutes before they close, receive call saying it will be another day.I have contractor lined up for deck, water coming..unable to do anything because its a Friday after hours.Cant change my work schedule. Was suppose to happen Monday.So bright and early Monday, moments after they open I call them.This lady ripped me a new one, refused to talk to me because my husbands name was on contract, not mine.I could hear her word for word as she complained to him about me calling so much.Geez.perhaps if I wasnt lied to, wouldn't of called so much.Plain rude at office on Taft Road in North Syracuse at the installation desk....Also never told of proper electric cord for pump....now have to have that done again.....Have never had a pool before, and instead of a detailed explanation of requirements was treated like a nuisance.

I called recently to discuss summer pool maintenance as my wife and I recently bought a new home with a pool that needs some love. A lovely woman named Alexis answered the phone. Not only was she very friendly and extremely personable but also very knowledgable! I would highly recommend Tarson for their friendly and helpful staff!
