We are Realtors that own Central New York Real Estate Group in Syracuse, N.Y. We are all about service. We specifically recommended ServiceMaster Recovery by Close to our client. We needed the entire home cleaned to get it ready for listing it. Service Master sent Darryl their estimator to do a walk through with us. We were specific on what needed to be cleaned. Darryl compiled a very thorough estimate that was shared with our client and us. We encouraged our client to move forward with the thorough cleaning that was much needed. Their technicians did an outstanding job paying attention to detail and then some. They had a check list that they paid close attention to and followed thoroughly. After the cleaning was done, Darryl came back to do a final walk through with us, to insure that we were completely happy with the cleaning job. We cannot say or speak more highly about ServiceMaster Recovery by Close. If we could give them 10 stars, we would

Every employee that I had any interaction with went above and beyond there jobs to make sure things were taken care of for me. They even shoveled the snow for me, and made sure I was doing ok. The job was a long and difficult one, but it’s almost done now and things are really shaping up around here thanks to Servicemaster!
