It's unfortunate. This used to be the best in town for the price. The previous owners retired and passed it on to new management that changed the way they did busines. The buffet is gone and the prices have gone way up. This alone would be enough to make them indistinguishable from other restaurants in the area of the same type. However, they also replaced the kitchen staff and the food quality is now poor at best. Try their sister store Taste of China for food that is reminiscent of the great quality this place used to have.

They charge your card an extra 30 percent without any authorization! This could really screw someone over and they simply do not care about that at all. The lady on the phone was very rude and kept talking over me like a child. She said her policy for this is on the website and if you dig deep enough you can find it but it is not where it counts like on the card information check out page. There are tons of better places to eat. And here it is over an hour later and no food...

Takeout and delivery are so much of TOA's business that they sometimes look surprised if you come inside to eat, even unwelcoming. But the food is REALLY GOOD and quite affordable; enough so to make up for the uneven service (which has been getting better lately also.) All the dinner specials are great, but the beat deal is the lunch menu.

Always was one of my favorite delivery restaurants... Until tonight, place our order and confirmed our order. We had to call two times to ask where our food was, we were assured the car was in the area, having a hard time finding us.. (No problem things happen). 30 minutes later we call again, we were told no car was even sent out. They call us five minutes later, I told them to go ahead and send the food for free or forget it.

Made two separate orders for a small party earlier this evening. Waited for an hour before calling and was told that they are busy and the driver needed to return to the restaurant in order to deliver fresh food. 30min later they only delivered one order. On top of that they also charged us an extra $10 per order for no reason. Portions of what we did get were small for the cost. Unless we get our next order and it's the best food we've ever had I won't be updating this review.
