I love this place. Located right down University and i25 can be hard to find parking but it’s fine most of the time. The service is excellent, waitress is very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the food and especially the ice cream. From the name i thought it was a dumpling place but it’s a Japanese sushi restaurant. They have plenty of options for appetizers. The pork was a downturn for me, but overall experience was good
This is hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had. The flavors are so bold!! The pork tastes like it was grilled in a barbecue..just so amazing. Gyoza and takoyaki were delicious too. Service was a bit slow but they were really busy and the food made up for it.Recommended dishesGyoza, Takoyaki Octopus Ball, Spicy Tonkotsu
*Bows* my go to spot for Ramen! The Tatsu ramen is my go to and it absolutely hits every time. Great staff, friendly service and seating every time. Love the atmosphere, sushi and service. I have been multiple times now and it never disappoints.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
Good quality ramen and rolls. Noodles have good firmness and tonkatsu broth is respectable. Love the decor and cozy feeling inside, just like an izakaya should be. Service was prompt and friendly, esp. for it being during the lunch rush. Will come backDine in: Yes
Very classic Japanese style ramen. The ramen is really amazing. Lots of flavor and everything is a really good price. The sushi here is fresh and delicious with good price. Service staff are nice and easy to talk, really feel like home.
It’s a nice place to hang out with friends and have some food. I like their Dragon Roll and the sashimi is fresh! Also, ramen is tasty!
I went here with my family and it was pretty . Good customer service as well! Everything was tasty yummy got the peanut ramen so good and calamari yum and seaweed salad ! And more
It kills me that I’m not giving it 5 stars because everything was great.. The staff was very nice and always was there asking if we needed anything else. The karaage was nice, crunchy and had a really nice flavor good dipping sauce. I had soju for the first time here and I absolutely fell in love. The gyudon was was nice and flavorful needed a tiny bit of soy sauce and it made it very pleasant. The beef was very tender and the ginger gave it really good balance. The one issue I had, which would have made the gyudon phenomenal; was a runny egg. Unfortunately the egg my girlfriend and I got was more on the hard boiled side and it really kind of killed the whole vibe of the dish. Don’t get me wrong, it was still good. Other than that though, I see myself becoming a regular here, its a little pricey but it’s honestly worth it for the portions and what you get. So close to the 5 stars…
Best Tonkatsu ramen I’ve had outside of Tokyo! The gyoza pair nicely, but are greasy for my taste. I wish there was a steamed option!
My husband and I are huge foodies. We tried this place out for the first time tonight and we were so impressed. Everything from the appetizers to dessert was delicious. We went really hungry so we did order a good amount of food. I loved everything. The sushi and ramen are delicious. The service was great. This is most definitely a new place that we will be regulars at. 10/10 recommend.
