These guys are the best!   Jim Reese has been helping me with my taxes for years.  I recommend tax advantage to all my friends and family.  After reading  the 1 star reviews I realize there must be some people who are just impossible to please. The office staff has always been extra friendly and helpful, and they always know my name when I come in.   They even follow up with me when I am slacking.  What more could you ask for?   These guys are great!!!

I really liked Jim Reese. He did my taxes for 10 years. Never had a problem with him until 2 years ago with his staff.  I don't know who it was but every time I had a question or if I needed to talk to him the "watchdog" would ask me what my question was and she would take on the authority to answer it.  They did their best to stop me from making appointments with Jim.  I sent him several emails however I never got a response to any of them because I think they were being screened by the watchdogs.  I had to stop going to his office because the two girls were so condescending.  I would love to go back but can't stand the office staff.  I am glad I am not the only person who feels this way.

The office is amazing. Everyone is very courteous and professional. The girls gave me info to get prepared and I saw Jim. Thank you to all!!  Tax season is so stressful and they made it easy for me, even though I had a very complicated situation. Can't say great things enough!!
