I worked with TAX-aid on my Tax return for the past two years. And it has been a great experience. Marina is very professional and responsible. Recommended.

They have promptly file my tax return for overseas citizenship this year, so i'm happy with them & avoided late fee. 
It would be nice if they remember to give me the Express Mail's tracking no. in case of missing package.
However do prepare to give them enough time (weeks) during peak tax season to avoid late charges.

Tax Aid's staff is fantastic. Marina Tam has a relaxed demeanor and works hard to ensure your comfort and satisfaction with the service. They reply to their emails and very responsive overall.
