i moved to new york a year ago for work. I did not know what accounting company to go to. my co-worker recommended them to me. They were busy but it did not take long and I was able to do my taxes with them.

I moved to NYC this year and I was looking for an Accounting Firm to do my taxes. The associates were helpful and knowledgeable, and the process was seamless. I am glad I came to Zhen Zhong Accounting and I cannot wait to come back and see them next year!

Honestly, I think other reviews are fake. They are my accountant for past 4 years and within those 4 years I have different accountant working with me. They continuously changing their staff and there's no working relationship can last. I have to adjust their personality, some of them are good and bad. Also they overcharge me and whenever I need assistance file, they ask me to pay for service fee. The customer service suck. Currently, I'm looking for new accountant firm.

I have been doing my tax returns here for the past few years. The office is very modern and clean. Most people do not look forward to getting their taxes done, but I enjoy it because each year, i'm greeted with friendly faces, helpful and knowledgable staff. I also needed to get some documents notarized, and they have an onsite notary. I definitely recommend this great accounting firm!

Quick fast service. My seat wasn't even warm yet and I was done. Been going for years and even had my co-workers start filing there too.
