Dealing with the IRS is one of the most frightening things one can face. TaxSmith made this process go very smoothly and I got the outcome I was hoping for.  I like that up front they didn't beat me with a high-pressure sales pitch. And they were willing to communicate in a way that was comfortable to me. I also felt better knowing an attorney was handling my case which is not true with many of these tax services.

We have been trying to resolve our issues with U Sam for a dozen years. Initially we tried a do-it-yourself Offer In Compromise - that strung the process out years too long & got nowhere. We hired a "we do tax miracles" outfit that suggested that a budget agreement was the way to go - had we agreed to that - our kids would have the load, eventually. Finally, we turned to TaxSmith. Our costs were similar to the "miracle" folks, but the results were so very different. Within a few months, they more than solved our substantial problem. Further, they stuck with us a few years later to smooth out a kink (self-imposed) that finally put any lingering issues to bed for good. Can't thank them enough.

Three years later, and a divorce completed, these folks did an amazing job in taking care of both federal and a crazy state of new mexico issue which we are still working on correcting. This team was easily contacted, responded quickly, and were always professional as well as, most important to me right behind competency, they kept me informed of anything happening and even let me know when it was just a waiting game so I didn't start to worry. I'll use them again once I get student loans under control to make sure that I never get in this situation again. They cleaned up a mess created by a bad marriage to someone who is terrible with money. I'm grateful that they took my complicated case and kept the cost within my ability to pay. They can be flexible on cost and payment, just ask them. I did and they were.

The staff at Taxsmith were simply incredible. Attorney Smith and Shaniece Riley (Senior Tax Analyst) were both highly professional, had great demeanor's while speaking to them. What I appreciate the most about working with them is that I was always given realistic and honest advise with regard to my situation and was kept in touch with on a consistent basis. I was never sold a false promise. Honesty is a hard thing to come by and I'm very happy to say the staff at Taxsmith have that in spades.

Ms. Smith and her team have helped me tremendously throughout the years on my battle with the IRS and I am eternally grateful for all of their hard work. They prevented me from being fined and have liens put on me.  I will continue to use them for any tax purposes.  I strongly recommend anyone that is looking for a tax attorney to reach out to Taxsmith.
