Horrible customer service Had an overdraft charge that was not suppose to be there due to my gym taking out a monthly fee on accident My gym gave me back the money and TCF charged me an overdraft I went to the new Brighton branch and the lady looked up my account, asked no questions and said it's not a bank issue so you'll have to call customer service So I did as I waited in the store Customer service completely undestood the situation and said my overdraft charge would be back into my account by 5pm today What a difference .. I'm not sure what the people behind the counter are even there for if customer service over the phone can be of better help Oh and the lady on the phone said that this could have been easily resolved by the person behind the counter!! WHAT A JOKE TCF BANK IS!!!

This is the last straw. After banking with them for over 20+ years, I've finally had enough. Went to deposit a check in the atm the other day and wrote 3 deposits. Later on that day they reversed the deposit but instead of reversing it 3 times they reversed 5 times which cause my account to go negative over a thousand dollars. Which also cause me to get 3 charges in NSF fee & 2 charges for overdraft($37.00 each)=$185 in non sense fees. I called them and they werent able to resolve it right away. They said its going to take up to 10 business days for it. Going to a credit union.

The sign says they are open 7 days a week. This branch is closed on Sundays. Very confusing.

Love these gals and guys. Come in about once a week and am so well taken care of. Not a huge fan of tcf as a whole but love this location and the manager is such a lovely human.

Worst experience and worst bank ever because it's pasta certain time I can't cash my check at this location but the one in Blaine has never had an issue with me about this... The manager of this location is a complete idiot and the guy looked like he hated his job! Terrible job by the company and TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
