Want to cash a check from their bank! "Have to open a "FREE" account. I don't want an account... I want to cash this dam check from your lame ass bank. Lady looked at me like "how dare you not open a free account. Had accounts there years ago and they sucked. See they are keeping up their great standards. Don't worry... social media, I'll spread the word!

The building was outdated and parking in the back of building wasn't a good idea, as they share the building with another company. The staff seem nice enough, a little unorganized. I didn't have to wait quite as long as I had expected so overall it was good.

Looking for a bad time? Maybe some mean looks? Or how about the grouchiest staff in the Midwest? Look no farther, this location is a joke. Don't even bother calling no one will answer 95% of the time. I literally cashed out the one account I used there for military travels and brought them to a new bank. I could no longer handle their pissy staff. Come-on TCF... I banked with you guys for 8 years and get treated like total garbage every time. WARNING all college students!! Read the fine print that they have you sign BEFORE you even consider banking with TCF.

I have a mortgage with them. Guess what I cannot do, walk into the bank and speak to someone about my mortgage because they have no one on staff to assist with mortgages. I also cannot have someone removed from my account. I have to close and open a new account. So all my direct payments and deposits will be messed up. My other bank allows me to remove people.
