RD Bank just charged me a 7.00 fee to cash a bank check with their name on it because I didn't have an account. Redicolus if the check was issued by them that means my employer banks with them therefore it should be no fee to cash their bank issued check. Poor business practice at its finest. They need to get out the practice of ripping people off and change this policy.

TD BANK IS A NICE PLACE AND I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS BANK FOR OVER 3 YEARS. BUT YESTERDAY I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE MALE TELLER BLACK HAIR. HE HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICES EXPERIENCE. HE IS VERY RUDE AND VOICELESS HE ACT AS HE DONT.WANT TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMS. HE JUST STEER AT YOU. HE HAND ME MY RECEIPT AND DIDN'T SAY THANK YOU. AFTER I SAID THANK YOU. WITH HIS ALTITUDE HE IS GONNA RUN A LOTS OF TD BANK CUSTOMERS AWAY. I'M GONNA AVOID HIM FOR WAITING ON ME. I GOES EVERY WEEK.. ALL OF THE REST OF THE WORKERS THERE ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. WITH A GOOD WORKING ENVIRONMENT.AND GOOD CUSTOMERS SERVICES MANNER. BUT T

Customer service reps are always available to assist, and there are chairs to sit just in case there is a client ahead of you.

A long wait to be seen. Staff are just standing at the front chatting instead of helping other customers.

Love that this place is open on the weekends. The customer service is good and always a few tellers. The only pitfall is they stopped the coin machine. I brought in a jar and they said it is discontinued.
