If 0 stars was an option they would have it, policy is not more important than customer service. TD Bank service is consistently poor regardless of branch and the fees are absurd. 
Management at ANY branch I have been to is more concerned with policy than providing customer serivce. DO NOT BANK WITH TD!!!!!
