Ive had T.D. for 4 years. After being treated rudely and talked down to by a teller and then by an account services rep, I called another branch and was assured this was uncalled for and that I could do my banking at their branch 15 miles away. 
Today I switched banks . Tomarrow I will go into my T.D. branch and close out both of my accounts and speak with a manager who was not available the day of the incident.
Happy I no longer have to deal with such an unprofessional, untrained and serious lack of customer service bank staff. The Holly Hill branch on Ridgewood Ave. should have training session on customer service.
Happy with my new bank, bye bye T.D.

I have opened  an new account with them. Three weeks later, I went in and deposit  my check.  That night i went to pay my bills online.  I could not do so. I check my funds. I found out the acount says im in the negative.  So i went to the bank. At this point they finally  decided  to tell me their is a ten business  day hold on a pay roll check. That is also why my account  is in the negative. They said we can release  $100. I told them that doesn't  pay my bills. So now not only are bills late, i will have late  fees. When opening  this account  NO ONE ever told me there will a ten business  day hold of  any type. So i asked them to close my account. They then told me they cant.I under stand the nice ladies at the counter are only doing there jobs. The problem is up higher in the ranks. WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THAT  ANYONE  USE THIS BANK.

TD Bank has the worst customer service.  It takes up to an hour on hold before someone will answer the phone.  When they do, they usually can't help you.  I had checks stolen from my mailbox and cashed UNENDORSED.  The funds were taken from my account.  I had to report it to the fraud department who did not file the report correctly.  I had to file reports with law enforcement.  I obtained a video of the person cashing my checks and that wasn't enough evidence for TD to pursue charges against this thief.  It took 3 months to get my monies refunded from this fraud.  I just had funds taken from my account because the check bounced.  I deposited this check over a month ago and they took out the funds today.  Horrible customer service, horrible bank.

I am so fed up with TD bank. Called to dispute a charge and they cant do anything until after it processes and then there is a 90 day investigation time?! My husband banks with BOA and they will cancel transactions immediately! I have tried to sign up for paperless statements multiple times and still get charged for paper statements, there are no drive through atms anywhere in my county that i have found and the insane atm fees for anywhere else are ridiculous!!!! Worst bank ever!
