We had a business debit card compromised and they would not refund us the money. Would never recommend this bank.  UPDATE: Brooke from First Green Bank has contacted us and was more than happy to take care of our issue. She has assured us that we will receive our money back! She also noted us that there has been policy changes so please be sure to get the details when choosing First Green Bank.

For the entire year that I have been a customer at First Green I have been treated extremely well. The staff are all very polite and kind. The service is very attentive and timely. I am so thankful that they have moved to downtown Ormond.
