Germayra Baez who works here actually stole money from my account and is involved in fraud with the manager. Be very careful banking here. If you want to keep your money safe, go elsewhere. There is something very shady going on here. I would stay away as TD Corporate is currently investigating. When I approached them initially about the issue they claimed that I was an immigrant, so what right did I have to ask them questions about large sums of missing funds from my account. Very shady.

Came in on 9/30 to get a document from NB Housing notarized. Was told the notary (Mary) would be 10minutes...30 minutes later I was still waiting to get 1 doc notarized. Showed another personal banker what I needed notarized (one doc, one signature, takes one minute - I know BC I am a notary but I'm not allowed to notarize my own docs)...was told Mary would be done in 10 minutes, 15 mins later still waiting. 45 minutes so far to get 1 doc notarized!! Never coming back here again! Do not bank here! Do not come here for a notary! Mary couldn't be any slower!!

The tellers are nice, but its usually very busy the times I go. The coin machine is always out of service and the parking can be very hard if you go in the wrong time.

I went to this bank today March 2nd 2016 not only did I come in early at 840 when they first started to open with noone inside except one other person. As I explained to the teller that I had lost my card she told me I would be helped by another lady sitting down who had been busy helping someone which is alright. Then another person comes in am also has to see someone, there were 4 employees working a manager a drive through an as time went by the other person who came in had left. 2 other people who had only been waiting 15 min were starting to get mad about the wait. The Manger than who says nothing to me cause I guess a 19 year old kid isn't important. Helps a person who was in the bank for not even 5 minutes. He is a bad Manger an should be fired. Then I do not have a drivers license an they told me u opened the account with one I explained that I did not an showed them my pasport she then said oh well then we'll have to mail your card like what is the difference. Then after being upset about waiting so long an her not helping me at all I was just going to leave an call or do it online, but I also need money I also do not want this bank anymore an I went to talk t the teller who gave me all the $$ out of the account so what is wrong with this bank. I just do not understand at all an now I'm on hold with the customer care an it has been 25 minutes. I also did nt leave the bank til 945 an it was all for nothing an I'm missing work because of this I'm not from around here at all an I also have been here before an the teller recognize me an everything
