I made an appointment at 9am to get a professional edge loan; however, the TD representative never showed up to the appointment. I was asked to wait. Then, I met a different Rep to discuss the loan, but she was not versed in the process and had me sit there as I watched her google stuff and frantically look for Pamphlets about TD bank's professional edge loans, which I already read before going to the appointment anyways. In general, a bunch of kids running around playing bank. No professionalism. Switched to CIBC

Switching  to a different bank after my negative experiences TD - they made several errors with my accounts, charging me account fees despite being a student who was given a "no fee account", then refusing to refund me the fees they wrongly charged me past three months, despite the issue being ongoing for more than a year. The parking situation at this location is also a nightmare, and the lineups are insane despite the number of tellers working.

I love TD, I will bank with them forever, this is just a review of this branch. Bad parking lot set up and there is always a line for the teller. Staff is nice and this location has a USD ATM so that's a plus.

Do not bother if you are driving parking a nightmare and risking your life 
If you are on foot it's a typical TD bank
