We had the pleasure of working with Trevor Howell of Team Lytle, Inc. Berkshire Hathaway. After meeting with Trevor everything went so smooth. Trevor Howell got to know us and spent an extra amount of time understanding our needs.  He helped us with any questions or issues at anytime of the day.  Trevor is very honest and knowledgeable.  Also, he kept us well informed throughout the entire process.  You need someone on your side when you’re buying and selling houses.  Trevor made us feel like family making sure we were ok even after all the paperwork was completed.  You won’t find a better friend/agent out there these days.

Trevor is absolutely awesome! As first-time homebuyers, he dedicated a lot of time and effort in to making sure we understood our options and helped us to find a home we love! He is positive, hardworking, and truly cares about his clients. We could not have found a better real estate agent.

Extremely talented team!  Adam is a professional who successfully sold not one, but two homes for us with ease.  He is very easy to communicate with, realistic, and resourceful.  He has an eye for detail and works hard.  Definitely recommend!

I just closed on my first home January 2nd and the whole process has been very smooth thanks to Trevor Howell. Not only did he tell us everything there is to know about buying a home before we started looking but he went through the processes of getting the loan and helped us find a great mortgage company. No matter what time I needed something or needed to ask a question he was there to answer me. Although buying a house can be very stressful he helped every step of the way and took away that stress! I am now in the home of my dreams and I am so grateful! This has been the best experience ever and I am so happy we chose him as our realtor!

Trevor Howell is amazing! He spent one day getting to know me, the next day he showed me homes he thought fit my personality and needs and by day three I made an offer.
Trevor and Team Lytle made me feel like family and now I know I have friends for life. 
Looking forward to my next purchase!
