I LOVE Team One CDJR of Gadsden!!! Ira made my car buying experience a very positive one. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make me happy. 

I went for my first oil change and tire rotation last week and Thomas in the Service Dept was amazing. Something wasn't put in the computer right when I bought my car but he made sure it was taken care of. I will definitely buy from Team One again if I am ever in the market for another new car.

My name is Ricky Ramsey.  I bought a 2015 Ram 2500 from Team One.  I've had recalls on it and when I called for an appointment the service dept. was always professional and courteous. They got my Ram in and out in a timely manner.  Service manager Thomas Greene was always on top of things. Best of luck to this kind man during his health battle.

The whole team was great from start to finish. I was super nervous at first but they were very helpful. I will definitely go back for any other car needs.

Took my car in for a checkup, had a recall on the car. Andrew was great. He explained everything as it came up and offered solutions. Everyone was very nice, and made me feel like a 5 star customer. It was my first time going to this dealership, I have no hesitations recommending their service department, based on my experience. Everyone I talked to,  including the cashier lady (sorry, don’t remember her name) was very nice.

I spoke with Tyler Brothers about a vehicle. He was knowledgeable on all their vehicles. He didn't make me feel pushed into buying a vehicle. He did a great job explaining the financial aspect of car buying and the paperwork. He was overall very friendly. Go see him if you need a car.
