THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU TECH2U!!  I was in a real bind with work I dropped the laptop that they gave me and the screen went DARK!  I took it into Hector and he assured me that they could fix it and he even got it done the same day for me!  I won't mention names but a company that everyone knows quoted me 3 weeks for the same service!  Thanks Tech 2U! I'll be back next time I break something

Brought a laptop in with a broken AC power jack and told them that the power jack needed replaced. Waited a week for them to tell me the power jack was broken (which I already knew and told them was the problem) and that they could not fix it. When a customer comes in and tells you a problem, if you can't fix it then you should tell them before taking their money in the first place. Will not be returning.

I am always greeted by a nice, friendly, and professional staff. Communication is excellent. They have multiple locations which is really convenient if you need to drop off your computer. I will be a long term customer.
