I don't know what we would have done without the help of Alison, Patty, and Amy. They made the whole process from beginning to end of planning my aunts funeral very easy. They were so knowledgeable and took care of everything we never even realized needed to be taken care of. Thank you ladies for all of your help and guidance.

Called from DC to try to find the record of a descendent that was burried by Ted Mayr according to the death certificate and worked with Nate.

He went above and beyond to search for my descendent's record. Ultimately my request could not be filled, however the time, compassion and genuineness Nate conveyed over the phone was second to none. I was thoroughly impressed with his commitment as well as his timeliness in execution/returned calls.

Nate, if you're out the reading this, I hope your management knows the impact you have on their team's reputation. You're making a difference in the community well beyond the Ventura area. Thanks for taking care of Ulysses for me.

All around great place in my time of need. Great staff from when they picked up my mother all the way to the service.

Would not recommend them to anyone!!! Over three times as much as the average funeral home with no service to justify the cost.  Without going into details, they asked for money at an extremely inappropriate time. Overall I had the feeling of dealing with a sleazy used car salesman, pressure and all. Just sign here to make a horrible experience worse. Don't do it!
