Chapman Funeral Home was a lovely place with a home feeling. My family has used chain locations in the past where you feel like you are in an institution. There viewing room has so much detail that it make you feel comforted. I am in Arizona and called to arrange most of the details over the phone. I was so lost but Cameron was amazing at explaining all my options with such detail and patience. I highly recommend using them. Thank you again for all your help in providing a beautiful service.

Wonderful experience from my first call to the service. I was referred from someone else that had the same wonderful experience as I did. The negative comments must be a competitor. If you are reading this, DON'T look any further, really!!

I had a loved one dying and they wanted to be cremated. I don't know much about the cremation process. So,I decided to call around for more information. called and spoke to the owner. I asked what were the options for cremating someone. The guy who answered the phone asked me what is it that you want to know? I replied can you tell me about your services, he kept saying what is it that you are looking for. I can't help you if you don't know what you want. I replied I don't know my options, remember this is the first time that I've had to do this. I was looking for someone who would tell me the difference between the services that they offer. Instead of explaining the services he offers, this guy expected me to know about his services. This guy is not pleasant, no customer service skills, He did not answer my questions. Oh by the way, I found out he was the owner only when I called back to ask for someone else who would be more professional. I hope you know that you are really really bad at explaining. I do not recommend this business.

My dad past away on 3/20/17 Antonio Avina🖤 I just want to say Thank You to Terry & His Staff for the Beautiful Funeral My Dad had , We are very glad we found Chapman Funeral Home in Orange CA , we had over 100 ppl & it was very nice for my dads Funeral Services ,it's a very nice & professional bussines they are running I was completely Beautiful🖤Thank you🖤
