DMV is not a nice place to visit. But this one is the worst I even been. The lady who registered me said my document is not right and want to sent me home. She has black hair and did not wear ID. I insisted her to look it up carefully and she finally admit it is correct document. Then she said my form is incomplete. and ask me to change it and back to the end of the line! ! I have appointment and already wait. The main issue is her attitude. She is like a governor or queen instead of a worker who is getting paid and benefit from tax payer's money.  When can we file complaint about dmv employee in this country?

I’m sorry some of the workers are jerks seriously jerks. Half of them don’t even check the answer you choose they just skim through if you are taking written test. I failed 3 times because each one of them say this or that rather then give me one SIMPLE ANSWER!!! Ugh 😑 I’m just glad this one dude he actually cool and nice he actually made me feel better rather then make me nervous. Oh, even if you made a cheat sheet or pay it online on the website they wouldn’t let you use it not so sure. I’m like I’m not paying a cheat sheet so I made my own and the other guy said to me give the paper to my mom who was with me. Um if you pay or made your own cheat sheet you can’t use it so what’s the point of us using it.

New numbering system is 6 digit and completely random so it is impossible to tell when your number is coming up. Forget trying to leave and come back to run a quick errand. I waited over 4 Hours for a H-6 print out.

Came here to get my California DMV Class A Permit. Employees that I worked with were very polite and informative. Worst part was the jesus freak preaching telling everyone we are sinners and going to hell for 45 minutes while in line at 8/9 in the morning.

Horrible , if there was a negative scale it would be avoid, However not all the employees have a bad work ethic , waited 2 hours outside , just to wait 2 more hours inside ...sad,  especially when were required to have our papers in order , I say if one cant get timely service than DONT demand US to have to Regs, or LIC... BTW this was the 2nd time there , the first I walked out because of reception rudeness and smart attitude.
