Temecula Valley Hospital opened on October 14, 2013 and provides a range of medical services to residents of Temecula and surrounding communities.

Story

Specialty areas include Specialty Care 24-hour emergency services, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, pulmonology, stroke care, nephrology and urology.

Our innovative environment includes five high-tech surgical suites, electronic patient health records, 140 private patient rooms, a 20-bed intensive care unit and digital imaging.

We are proud that our facility has been designed for patient comfort, offers room service dining for patient and guests, outdoor dining, 24-hour visitation, meditation areas, beautiful lobby areas in emergency department, surgery, and all patient floors and local art and décor.

First things first, emergency front room staff is incredible! Erin especially. Came in because my daughter had a slight fever. Erin educated us on what to do in that case all the while still checking us in and assuring us she will be taken care of quickly and carefully. She was right...sort of. When we went to the back we were met with nothing less than disgust. The attitudes of the backroom staff is appaling to say the least. They were extremely rough with my sick child. They made our concerns seem as though they were unfounded. In my wife's words, "they made it seem as though we were bad parents for taking our daughter into the ER." At first I wanted to say that this was the best ER we have ever been to as Erin was able to do things with my daughter no other hospital staff, not even her own pediatrician, can do with her. However, after dealing with backroom staff I will just have to rate this place as mediocre at best. We traveled 30 miles to get here thinking we would get A1 treatment. Fool me once right?

Please go to a different ER... My dad blood pressure was 220/100, before we got to the ER (Urgent care told us to go straight to the ER). I wanted to check my dad in, they only had one person checking people in... so even though my dad was on a verge of a heart attack, the woman who checks people in was really slow and she act like she did not care. Then when they found out my dad was critical they put him in a small section of the hospital (they had no rooms available). The nurse came in asking my dad what type of medications does he take, I start to answer.. he cuts me off and said "I'm not talking to you, I am asking him" even though I am my dad care taker and my father has no clue what kind of medication he takes. (If you see a male Filipino nurse run) After my dad told him he doesn't know, I had to end up answering the questions anyways. Then he asked my dad " do you feel safe in your home?" My dad of course said yes, but my dad was confused. My dad looks at me and said why did he ask that? I told my dad he wants to make sure I'm not abusing you. Then nurse looks at me at said "yes, you will be surprise how many people come in here in an abusive situation, I just felt like you were a bit aggressive".. Lets just say this nurse will get reported tomorrow.

I used the Radiology Department two times, and I could hardly believe how perfect everything was. The hospital is clean, the employees are delightful, professional, and caring and the equipment is new. I felt it was important to write this review because I saw all the bad ones. I realize that people usually write when they are upset, and so often they are upset when in the ER, it's just what happens in emergencies when emotions are high. I will always use their Radiology Department in the future and encourage my friends to do the same. I hope you will find them was wonderful as I did.

By far the Best Emergency Room I have been to. The Staff treated me really nice. They're prompt, efficient and caring. Thank you Will Smith for your great sense of humor. I found the Hospital Clean and Comfortable.

The best experience in the inland valley Temecula ever in a emergency room. 9/22/17 at 12:00pm the doctor was caring and nurses to. I had angina . This is the first time a doctor listen to me. And cared for me. I would recommend this hospital and doctor to anyone. I am a white male. And sometimes they treat me like I am from another planet. They are very nolegable and asked me how I felt before I was released. Thank you doctor and nurses. I will continue to come here and recommend my family.
