ER is clean but slow. Only has 1 doctor and maybe a PA. The lighting in the parking lot is bad and the quality of people walking around at night isn't great. Not a great place to work.

The principalities of good won and prevailed here against the evil ones. I've had some truly bad experiences here but on greater thought, reflection, and judgment here is the whole truth so help me God. After days of not leaving my moms side in a room in the lowest level ICU care at the hospital, the nurse had enough of my good supervision & Chinese Medicine & natural medicine philosophy. After I overheard the nurse ask my mom if she was in pain and my mom said, "no she was okay" yet the nurse pretended and said, "ohhhh you are" basically lieing right in front of me and about to give her a shot of some type of drug despite her not needing it. That's where I spoke up and said, "she wasn't in pain yet you are saying she is don't shoot her up". In reprisal the nurse orchestrated lies with the hospital administration and even manipulated my sister to Believe and go along with it. I was chased from the hospital as the villain by the police like Moses running from Egypt when the nurse lied and after she had me evicted on a made up false narrative i recieved a phone call within that quarter hour that my mom was now in the highest level of ICU care so in reprisal the nurse attempted murder and to frame me by drugging my mom with an unknown substance. Off the record some of the staff and good nurses found out the truth of the evil and stepped up to do what was right to save my mom who now needed manuel breathing assistance. As the real life drama unfolded the good prevailed and the hospital had to cover up the truth because it was thier nurse that was responsible for the hell that just happened. But as God does through trials He had the good win over the evil. Here is my perception & philosophy on life. Perfection doesn't exist in this world and those who try will end up living a delusional lie but in hospitals righteous staff members are needed over arrogant pride blinded evil ones. The POSITIVE spin to this whole story & five star goes to a miracle working nurse and team (not all members thier were some evil ones & that one in particular im sure her crookedness has been found out and has uprooted her by now in her ways) that truly used thier heart to ensure my mom (Old & frail & bad prognosis by both Pulmonologist & Cardiologist) survived and worked around the clock to ensure my mom's survival as she continually flat lined and needed help breathing. They did it manually and they had to have love and compassion to save her because it was a lot of work and instead of letting her go like they could have (being my mom was old & frail) that nurse gave me a stare in the eyes that let me know she was going to treat my mom like her own & save my mom as long as she had fight to survive as it should be. My mom survived thanks to the good nurses & staff members. The one I don't know by name but I won't forget her face. Thier are loving compassionate caring human being everywhere you go, but some of this facilities nurses & trauma ICU unit saved her from the bad ones. Thier was a definite good versus bad staff members vibe going on here & I'm glad the good souls stepped in to ensure the story ended good not for the worst. For that, I'm thankful to God for the souls here who did the right thing as fellow human beings. Grace, love, & compassion to this facility & blessings in it's future despite the new fierce competition on the horizon & some advice is to see things through love, compassion, faith & not capitalist competition. This will ensure not just the survival but the thriving of this hospital. PS. Despite being kicked in the ER bathroom by a nurse upon a very drunk visit (alcohol poisoning) vomiting on the toilet and floor on a separate trip here being treated like a dog and the nurse from hell (grime reaper nurse robbed by angels and saints) that nearly took my mom's life I am thankful to God for ending the story on a good note. This real testimony is almost finished.

I had a stray dog bite that needed to be treated. It required me to stay overnite. Everyone threre was very nice. There were 2 people that were absolutely exceptional and they were Lisa Mueller and Darren (I don't know his last name). Both of these people went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible and I was so grateful for the care they took. I was scared and in a lot of pain and just wanted to say that both of them deserve a raise!!

If I could give negative stars I would. My mother went there about a week or so ago for a lung biopsy. The staff was extremely rude and uncaring. No one seemed to know what was going on. One nurse would tell her to lay on her back. The doctor would yell at the nurse No No No I told her to stay in her side. They left my mom on a cold hard table for 2 hours! My mom weighs only 90 pounds. She kept telling them she was in pain and they would yell at her to stay still. This place and its employees should ALL have their licenses revoked. How dare they treat an ill 77 year old woman so badly and disrespectful. This place is disgusting. She was there 5 hours to have a 10 minute test done. In the end they didn’t even do the biopsy correctly. She needs to have another one done. The doctor kept hitting her ribs with the needle. Horrible horrible place. If possible DO NOT go there! I will continue to fight her insurance company until they let her go elsewhere.

Took my husband to the ER Saturday night he was in a lot of pain. The staff there was rude and unprofessional. They were judgmental and uncompassionate. It’s the ER people go there because they don’t feel well. We walked out and went to Rancho Springs Medical where the service and staff was awesome! Something needs to be done to turn this ER facility around.
