New Haven Green

The New Haven green is surrounded by lots of businesses, upbeat. In the summer it's nice to see diversity and groups of people and. Attractions. Music events, art events, library events. The only down fall is seeing homeless people, this is their home down there. It's heart breaking. In a sense it's nice when new haven can come together for events but seeing the homeless all around is discouraging wish there was more as a community we can do to help them. Or have an event to help them.

Large public space for all. Mature trees. Accessible by public transportation. When it hosts events, parking is scant.

Very short tour of Yale , it was nice lots of History . Beautiful Landscape/Cityscape . I would love to go back and spend a Day doing Sketches....

I was literally offered drugs. A random dude made a joke because I was in my work gear ( dunkin donuts )he said - " The world runs on dunkin, hell I say the world runs on cocaine!" I tried to walk away and he followed me and I asked me if I wanted to go party with him he was hella creepy and when the bus I was waiting for finally came and I went to get on he started yelling at me! No one did anything about it and plenty on people noticed he was bothering me. Also I was asked for money by like 3 different people. The green is a terrible place. The police need to clean it up.

Open, fresh, modern, calm, live, colorful, peaceful, adventureus... However you feel, you can find the right spot for yourself.
