This is an awesome place to take your pet they're great and I love the job they do and the people and the doctor's r great but a little expensive when you only have one income coming in and you want the best for your fur babies because they took care of my 1st baby boy and they were amazing so I stayed with them for my 2nd fur baby girl I don't know anyone that would take the time out for my fur baby girl

They offer good solid service while in the office, but should you need to call them if something gets worse, I would suggest taking the animal back in person. The following is my experience with calling them 5 days after visiting: At first sign of a problem I took my Husky into see the vet. She said it was likely allergy related Seborrhea, and they gave me shampoo, fish oil pills & my dog a steroid shot without my consent granted I was at work and they called me after the shot. The shot has made my dog go for water like he was in the Sahara dessert. Not cool b/c it can last up to six weeks I found out. This all cost $138. Not bad I thought. After 5 days Fang was miserable. You can see in the photos I included that show the day of visit, and five days later the dark red raw skin on his back while bathing him. I sent these photos to the email address they told me to use and they called Saturday Morning instructed them to have the vet call me later and they said they would. They didn't call. I called Monday afternoon b/c I sent a follow up email that morning. The lady I spoke with said for the vet to send me an email back they would have to charge me. That is not what The other employee told me. They said that I could send an email and the vet would e-mail or call back. So I told her I just need to speak to the vet about spray or ointment and lady said I will likely have to bring him in again for that. Then I said I just need to speak with the Vet and they were busy and would call me back. I am waiting on vet to call me as I write this.

Dr. C is the best and she takes good care of are dogs.And the girls at front desk are very helpful and friendly. Thank everyone.

Extremely rude staff. Seems like only interest is $$$ and no respect for the animal or owner. Will never take my dogs here or recommend!!
