MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO HORRIBLE I CONSIDERED BOYCOTTING THIS PLACE!!!! 

This was a horrible experience! I called this business yesterday to ask how much it would be for a small to a medium full set of nails. The woman who answered said it would be $23 for long nails. Today I arrived about 7:20 the place was empty aside of one woman who was 95% finished... Nevertheless I had to wait for about 20 minutes before I was seen!! the lady who serviced me had a really nasty attitude!! She did not seem to want to do my nails, and at no time did she tell me the price of my nails. Through-out the process of me getting my nails done, I repeatedly let her know that one of my fingers was actually cut and ask her if she had a Band-Aid to which she never responded in any way. The technician was very rough, and her behaviour strongly suggested she should NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!! At some point this abusive stranger begin to sing the theme song from the kids movie  Frozen titled "Let It Go". Using incredibly bad broken english this woman began to nastily even mention that she doesn't care who gets up she'll slam the door!. Needless to say this was horrible customer service and I will NOT ever return nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone... The sad part about it is that every other lady in the shop was very pleasant to deal with --with the exception of the technician from hell! I paid $35 when I was quoted $23 the day prior. The lady whose station is all the way in the back to the far left of the door needs to be put in a straight jacket or fired!!!!

Obe of the better places to get you nails done. Place is always busy either by appointment or walk in but they never refuse service. They'll slip you in while they are waiting for the next appointment to get there. They are fast and do a result God job.
