I came here at a time where there was nobody else in the restaurant, but our food came fast and tasted good! I wasn't expecting to like the dynamite roll but it was really tasty! Their buy one get one rolls are worth it, but a lot of their items land on the pricey side. I personally thought the garlic gyoza fell flat, but the sushi rolls made up for it.
We were served by the owner himself, very nice and relatively fast. This used to be Genky sushi and now they don't use the conveyor belt meaning you order a la carte. Good deals during happy hour and if you sign up for newsletter they'll send you coupons every single monthDine in: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
Authentic Sushi. The BOGO Buy One Get One combo is great. Otherwise it would be considered too expensive for us to come again. We arrived at 5:45pm in time for happy hours 2pm - 6pm. It's Wed. Not many customers at this time. Service is fast. Manager is very friendly.
Not the freshest sushi for the price. Could honestly go to other restaurants and get higher quality sushi. The sashimi pieces were warm, and the sushi rolls we had still had hard shell in them?? I immediately had a stomachache after dining here Service is not good. Never got checked on for water or how's the food.
This sushi place is much better than it's exterior appears. The saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover" really applies here. The sushi is very good and service is wonderful. They should remodel the place or move to a newly designed location, the atmosphere doesn't fit the quality of the cusine. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world
Very friendly staff, clean and inviting atmosphere. I ordered the dragon roll and seared salmon roll with a can of Sapporo. Everything was great i definitely recommend the seared salmon roll. First time coming but it won't be the last. Vegetarian options: Plenty of menu options for you
This is probably one of my least favorite sushi restaurants that I have been to here considering the high price point and subpar food quality and cold service. Wonder why there are so many good reviews? Because like another reviewer said, they incentivize it by offering $10 for reviewing on Yelp or Google. The price point here is very high for being a random sushi joint. Want a two piece nigiri or sashimi for $9? miso soup for $4.5? A seaweed salad for $6.5? A good two dollars more than other sushi restaurants? The food has got to be worth it right? Nope. We got a shrimp tempura udon, a chicken karaage, and a tempura roll. The shrimp tempera udon had two pieces of soggy tempura shrimp, no veggies. The chicken karaage was crispy and hot, but flavorless. I had to dip it in the soy sauce for any saltiness. And last but not least, the shrimp tempura roll had so much rice, and the rice was over cooked and sticky. You could barely taste anything else other than the rice. If you are thinking of coming here, go somewhere else.
Don’t be fooled by the countless positive reviews—they give $10 off for reviewing the business and they check what you wrote. This place is actually awful. It’s SO expensive. You’ll need that coupon. I’m taking $29.99 for a basic ramen. The cheapest thing you can get is a $6.99 California roll, only on happy hour. The prices are so outrageous we only got the basic happy hour rolls, and they were bad. The rice and wasabi were a weird color and the sushi was flavorless overall. Took a while to get seated too even though the place was pretty empty.
Not sure why this store has less than 4 starsin average. My friend and I loved the sushi. They have BOGO during happy hours too!
Update: We ordered take out for lunch. Nigiri Sushi and Chirashi. I think they are great value. Highly recommend. I added one more star. This is the third location of Ten sushi located in Factoria Mall. I ordered Sashimi bento. The menu said sushi rice but it was regular rice. The quality of sashimi was pretty good. The way fish were sliced did not look professional to me though. Their seaweed salad was good. I wish miso soup came with it. There are many different kind of food available besides sushi and sashimi. Ramen, meat dishes, takoyaki, etc. service was ok. Good value. Mercer location is probably the best one among three in terms of quality of the food, presentation and service. Parking available. Wheelchair can fit in the restaurant but seating maybe challenging. All seating arrangements seemed to be booth style.
